Long Rise machine washable dress pants

I am looking for recommendations on dress pants that come in a long rise that are machine washable sized 34x34 or 34x36. Men's Warehouse and Joseph A Banks do carry a line of long rise pants however they are dry clean only which over time becomes cost prohibitive. I have tried on what seems like all of the brands carried by the the big retailers even the ones who advertise long rise pants such as Macy's and Nordstroms without success. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
