Best For Price Shotgun Shells For Birds

Been a while since I have used any 7.5 or 8 shot in 12 gauge. Is there any marked difference in brands or just grab whatever is on sale? Local Academy has Winchester, Federal, and Remington on sale for $4.99 a box. They have a few other brands that I have never seen before such as Estate and Rio (but at higher cost).

Winchester, Remington and Federal are all in the same quality box if you ask me, especially for birdshot. People will have their preferences. How big are the boxes they are selling?

$5.00 @ box for upland game loads in 12 gauge is about average. They're all pretty much the same as far as brand. Grab whatever is convenient for you.

I used to only use Remington in my Mossberg. I had some feeding problems with federal. Last time I went put the Remington's didn't feed.

Federal at Walamart. Stay away from Winchester
