Healthy Looking Plugs?

From a 2006 BMW 3.0i N52 engine, Z4 3.0i, 55k miles, I believe original plugs.

Looks a little carbon coated but otherwise healthy?

Putting new ones in today.

They look good. I'd be happy to see them coming out of my engine. They don't seem to be looking like there is some problem.
 
Honestly, I think plugs are more of a diagnostic tool on a non fuel injected engine. Almost every plug post from a modern engine looks very identical or have one or two cylinders that are obviously burning oil. Otherwise, the classic ignoring the rear bank on a transverse V6 or the rears on a longitudinal V8.
