What ratio do you use when adding oil to vehicle fuel?

I typically use a 50/50 mix of Lucas UCL and Supertech TCW3 ... about 3-4 ounces in a 14 gallon tank. I do this once every 2-3 tankfuls.

Cujet, ever tried using Schaeffer Neutra n131 to more thoroughly clean up those vales while you are lubricating them?
