2018 Hyundai Kona AWD 1.6 Turbo

Dumped factory fill at 100 miles. Added 5w-30 Mobil 1 Extended 3.5 qts, 1 qt Redline 0w-40. Fram Ultra. Ran 1,000 miles with heavy foot, short trips. Gained 1/8 qt of oil, checked oil in the morning after sitting all night, car in the same place. Oil lab largest CAT dealer in Minnesota, but not setup for fuel dilution for gas engines.

Looks good. The Kona is one of the best looking CUV's of any size out there IMO. Looks like the same styling is getting carried forward to the Santa Fe as well. Wish Kia would sell the Stonic here even though it would cut into Soul sales.

Nice,I test drove one with dual clutch transmission,although very fast and smooth on pavement.I could see it not working so well for rutted out roads and slow speed situations.As I found out going over a large speed bump on the test drive.You have to be very careful with the throttle tip-in,to make it smooth.
