My mother got one of the first ones in October of 59 when I was 14. I've always loved them.
Funny how a simple thing like keeping the front tires 10 to 12 psi below the rear, on all rear engined cars, makes such a difference in handling. I keep the same difference in my rear engined Dauphine.
And the reverse being true when you have all the weight up front, like my Mini
