Went to clean a MAF sensor on my 2002 Buick Regal but rab into the security torx head. New to me. I see a cheat on Youtube that says you can use a very small flathead to get them out. I will probably just buy some security bits to have them.

Stupid manufacturers!

Been running into them more and more. Modern motorcycle carburetors for example. From my experience - don't use the security bits on non-security screw heads. Since they're essentially hollow they break real easy if the security 'pin' isn't there to reinforce the center when you crank on them. Maybe mine were just cheapos but it happened twice to me.
