Okra: how do you make it and like it?

Fried with some kind of coating on it, too gloppy otherwise.
I almost never see it in the north and that's fine with me.

Ham bone, fresh zipper peas, fresh okra added in the last 15 minutes.

Fresh okra and a couple heaping spoonfuls of Alabama King cornmeal.
