The NTSB report is out on the Lake Erie Citation. Sorry I don't have a link for you. The bottom line seems to be that, just as Astro and others have surmised, it was loss of orientation out over the lake after takeoff - black hole. They think it was likely the pilot *thought* he had engaged the autopilot in his *4 seconds* but had not. That conclusion seemed to be driven by the fact that he barreled on past his departure heading before going in. He also only had about 50 hours or so in type. Darwin got him. Apologies if my memory scrambled some of the data but the news is out there if you want more.
