OAI - Tracking number invalid?

So I shipped a sample off on Yesterday morning. It was a OAI with a pre-paid UPS label. However, I put my number in UPS Tracking and it comes up as invalid. I have my part of the label with the tracking # printed on it, so I have the correct #.
Do the prepaid labels expire, or do I need to investigate where my sample is?

How old is the shipping label? I’ve shipped mine out a month after Purchase and the label was still valid.

Prepaid labels don't expire.

I have access to the internal UPS tracking system. PM me the number, and I can take a look at it.

So I went into the office today, and gave them the number, told them where I dropped it and she said they'd call me back. Called me about 5 minutes after I left saying they found it in the drop bin somewhere. Guess it was small and got stuck or something, idfk.
Anyway, its on the way. Thanks for the repliers
