Yes that is OK. The bulb will simply operate at full brightness.

But of course not the other way-- don't try a non-dimmable bulb on a dimmer.

That's why they make LED bulbs that are dimmable and bulbs that are not. The dimmable ones usually cost a little more, but I've also seen them for the same price. I get the dimmables if the wattage is the same as the non dimmables as you never know when you might use them in a dimmable socket, typically in kitchen dining lights.
