I am trying to fix a leaking schrader valve on the high pressure side of a 2001 Ford E450 AC system. It is bigger than the valves I am used to seeing. Any tips on finding the proper tool for this bigger valve?

High pressure side is larger than low pressure side so you can't connect wrong components. There is a tool which allows the valve to be replaced without loss of refrigerant. I got mine on Amazon as well as the Schrader valves.

Based on the little research I have done, the special tools made by MasterCool etc. are too small for the bigger fitting that I have.

Tool won't work on that ford Schrader. Its a 10mm thread. I made a tool to remove these out of a small piece of pipe. PS.... Every one of those valves leak!
