This will no doubt continue until someone lands short. Then, after they pickup all the pieces, and figure out which torsos are with which legs and arms, there will no doubt be an, "investigation". And they will try to determine how something like this could have ever been allowed to happen. There will then be calls for an immediate "ban" on aircraft watching anywhere near a runway.
