If someone from Chevy sees this they'll drop that rock from 10 ft into an F150 and show the aluminum bed tearing.

I like it when the owner said " Throw the bucket down". Why on earth did they load that for him? I'd have refused to load that on that truck for highway safety purposes.

Not that I'd attempt it, but they should have wrapped a chain around it to lower it into the bed by tilting the bucket, then unhook the chain.

A relative posted this video on my Facebook feed a day or two ago.
I get a kick out of people who think the rock should be on the back of the pickup at all. First, it's WAAAY too heavy. Second, how could you stop it from rolling around while driving or even coming through the cab when you apply the brakes?
I suspect this video was staged and they knew the outcome before.

From all the laughing going on after it happened I suspect everyone was intoxicated or influenced.

It wouldn’t surprise me if the owner tried to drive the truck afterwards.

I’ve seen people with pickups way overloaded and unsafe to drive. Stupidity has no bounds and a waste of a truck besides. That owner was so worried about the bucket touching his box sides.
