Purolator
Based on posts here and personal knowledge seems to depend on region. Here they are Champ Labs made filters, very similar if not identical to the current Super Tech line. However the AZ line has more applications including a 7317 application which happens to be classic construction.
In some other areas like Pa. and Id. they seem to made by M&H Purolator.

Here the STP upgrade filters for 10k miles are made in Korea, but not sure by who. Seems like a heavy duty filter and looks a lot like a 10K mile Purolator One oil filter. The standard 5000 mile STP seems to be mostly Champion ecores.
As regards my previous post my response was specifically for the standard STP blue filters. The other STP, here MaxLife made by M&H Puro US, Extended Life unknown/unconfirmed manufacturer, China.
