Color: Tan ext, Tan Int

Mileage: around 150k
Paint: still good, but not showroom, rear bumper got a small hit and popped out on rear left, some paint has peeled on the rear bumper, otherwise good condition throughout the car
Sun/Moon roof Leak: None
Engine gasket leak: Minor - moist around the gasket but not dripping to the floor (I can double check)
Battery: about 1 year old
Power steering: working
AC: Ice cold
Transmission: working, ATF changed about 30k miles ago with Toyota T-IV
Struts: Replaced 7 years ago with KYB GR2 / Excel-G, still good
Smog check: passed last time, has a copy of the 2nd last smog list from 3 years ago (lost the most recent one)
Oil change: regularly, about every 6 months.
Leather: not cracked yet (some worn spot on driver seat but 99% of it is still good)
Carpet: some stain, not perfect but not trashed
Audio: CD and cassette, still functional
Power windows and doors: functional
Engine mechanical: some ticking sound as it is old, but functional, no loss of coolant
Tires: 2 at about 1 yr old, 2 about 3-4 years
Alignment: still straight, no abnormal tire wear, no pulling to one side.
Rust: None that I know of, it has been in Northern California its entire life.
Ownership: 1 (multiple name changes between FIL and BIL, same family).

Known problem: check engine light occasionally, warm start issue, currently won't start, may or may not be all related.

Car was having warm start issue, currently won't start. You can check it out and see what's wrong but my FIL wants to just sell the car instead of spending money and not getting it back. If you want to tow it to your mechanic to check it is fine with me.

Asking: $1500 or best offer.
Location: San Jose, CA

Photos coming soon.

Not the saturn, I sold it, but I still have some keys to it.

$1500 for non running 20 year old car....no offense to OP as San Jose may have a better market for cars.

To be honest the local market is really diverse. You have very low income people who commute from Stockton or Vallejo that drives 20 year old beater, and then you have those living in Atherton who drives McLaren, somewhere in between you have mostly Camry, Accord, Sienna, Odyssey, 3 series, E series, Prius, RX, Leaf, etc. No body cares what you drive anyways because everyone knows it is just a personal choice.

The most likely local market for the Camry would be the new teenage drivers, because nobody commuting 3 hrs a day would want to buy a 21mpg V6 when they can just use an EV (to get on the carpool lane and charge for free). The most likely distance market is export to foreign nation.

My understanding is at perfectly running condition, this car will worth around $2500 (recently dealer sold a 4 cyl LX around this price) to 3000 (due to 150k and the V6 XLE).

That warm start issue can be ECU capacitors going bad or something else that's affecting fuel like a fuel pump on the fritz.
