This is a UOA for a 2013 BMW 528i with a recently replaced N20B20 turbocharged four-cylinder engine running Motul 8100 Xcess 5W40. At time of replacement, engine was a zero (0) mile new crate engine from BMW. Engines virgin run was with 8100 Xcess 5W40 and then drained after a complete heat cycle. This UOA is the first 1,774mi of engine operation. Vehicle is daily driven with a 75/25 mix of city/highway located in the southeast (TN). Normal driving style with rare spirited driving. Zero (0) oil consumption.
