Oil choices and the ends and outs

I thought the expression of "organic" oil was funny... Makes me think of organic vegetables. Which I do buy some of those by the way. But I don't buy "organic" oil. Even conventional oil is a bit high these days. And "organic" oil has to beore expensive than synthetic even

I had to get special organ oil once for an old Hammond B3. Was a long time ago though.....
I'll have to look and see if anyone has any bottles labelled NonGMO. Maybe Valvolite.

"Pick between organic or synthetic, get the right weight, and then buy whatever's on sale at your local auto parts store."

This is very sound advice, assuming we have already settled questions like detergent/non-detergent, high mileage oils, diesel oils, etc. For some it is too easy to grab a bottle of Rotella, not knowing it's designed for diesels. Although it would not make your car blow up.

Otherwise a good article for the masses.
