Any Modafinil(Provigil) users here?

Just wondering if any of you guys use it, or used it in the past, and if anyone got any feedback on it's effectiveness and/or side effects. Also feel free to share if there are similar products that are more readily available, but provide the same results.

My wife does only when she needs that extra pop. She's an RN and has some crazy hours. Stuff ain't cheap. AFAIK, she's not had any side affects, and at least none that I can tell from. I think with insurance, we're paying around 38-ish dollars.

I've used it. Didn't see a whole lot of benefit. No side effects.
