The TAN is higher than TBN. Is this a sign of group I base oil used? That would make sense considering the market target of this oil.
Funny they say cars up to 2001 cause I remember something like "up to 197x" in some previous version.

I'm suprised at how low the additive levels are in general. I'd expect Zn up around 1300-1400, and Ph of at least 1200.

I'd expect them to use a bit more Ca detergent to supplement the Mg detergent and bring TBN up a bit more.

But, this does look very much like a 1970's oil.
 
That's pretty much how it's advertised here, mild detergent for 1970's cars. They also have a more modern 20W50 advertised for newer engines.
