Video in the article. It’s always good to see teamwork in action, especially youngsters.

This is in Eastern Oregon, which is pretty desolate. Emergency crews might take a while to get on scene.

Heard an interview with the coaches this morning. Great job to the players but it was a bit strange, one of the vans was 20 minutes ahead and was in front of the wreck, one came upon it, another van was 20 minutes behind the wreck. The first van on scene had the linemen but for some reason they waited until the others showed up before they did anything. Sounds like the people are going to be OK and nice the team is looking after them in the hospital.

The only thing I can think of is that the vehicle was on a slope and by looking at the video the foot traction wasn’t good. They probably tried then waited for more people. It’s a bit hard to see on the video.
