This must be an older formulation. It is not SM or SN rated. I don't think it meets spec for my 2016 turbocharged Hyundai Tuscon. I could be wrong though.
It’s SL probably because of Phosphorous amount. I’ve never seen an A3/B4 5W-30 that is also SN. Looks like a fine oil. Wish we had an A3/B4 10W-30 here in the U.S.!
Yeah many 30 grade oils with Euro A3/B4 are also API SL due to elevated ZDDP levels.
Many, but not all. In Oz I can get a Castrol Edge 5W30 which is SL & A3/B4, they clearly state it passes all SN quality tests but exceeds the Phos limit. I also get a full synthetic Castrol Magnatec which is SN & A3/B4. So both are possible.
