The following is not a model-specific question. On an engine with the below-listed accessory belt driven components, which bearing, going bad, is most likely to be noisy upon start-up only to quiet down after a few minutes with the engine running?

belt tensioner
idler roller
water pump
power steering pump
A/C compressor
alternator

Agree because the highest Alternator load is just after starting, to recharge the battery. Ed

As mentioned, alt. Rebuilding your own is not terribly hard or pricey if you have a workbench and some basic skills.

To neck it down, though, get a very large flat bladed screwdriver and put the blade on the various components. Put the handle against your ear and you will tell quickly which is the offending piece. Itís a very effective impromptu stethoscope if you do not have one.

This time it was the coolant pump. How do I get the screwdriver out of my ear?
