Had some leftover asparagus from last night. Since I'm trying to eat fewer little chocolate donuts and more real food, I made this:

Three large eggs, fried in the fat from the two slices of center cut bacon. Added 28g of cheese over the mostly asparagus and some carrots.

434 calories vs the 420 calories (no coincidence it's 420 calories, right?) for 6 donettes that will have you hungry again in 60-90 minutes.

2 slices of turkey,
3 eggs, well beaten with paprika, black pepper, pinch of oregano+basil. The turkey already had the salt....
1 hand of spinach
2 babybell

about 16 oz. of water.
No coffee and no tea/tchai (Dr. said my low limit is too high at 90)

for your chocolate donuts crave,
you can do "choconuts balls":
-some grated coconut flakes, non-sweetened
-some coconut oil (just to keep them together)
-some high cocoa content chocolate
-2 pots (bain-marie/steam bath)
-2-4 tablespoons of water
-dissolve the chocolate in water, add a bit of butter/coconut oil if not right consistency
-get to syrupy consistency
-let cool
-pour syrup on top of coconut balls
-keep them cool/refrigerated
-should be pretty good cool snack since summer is starting

P.S. I thrust you you wan't eat 25 at one serving...:p

Ok, well I’ll pass on that one.

My breakfast is either homemade yogurt with berries and oatmeal mixed in, or a homemade smoothie with fruits, chia, flax, and some protein powder.

On the weekends we usually do one day sausage and eggs, one day salmon.

What does your walking at lunch have to do with what I ate for breakfast, and why are you making a personal attack by calling me lazy?

I was trying to be funny but came out the wrong way.

I Apologize for that!

I mix Canadian bacon, hash browns, eggs, onions and peppers, sharp cheddar, and hot sauce all scrambled up. I roll up the mixture in 4 low carb tortillas. After 4 mornings I start again. Eat the same thing every morning.

Chorizo con Huevo, friojoles and tortillas de harina, hot cup of coffee, mmmmmmmmm good.

All fine and dandy what’s lunch and dinner and what you doing for workouts..

Not my everyday breakfast, just the phase I'm going through.

Home baked rye sourdough (machine and box), throws big loaves, so one slice cut in half.

Vegemite and butter, and local bloodwood honey on the other.

Tomorrow either poached eggs, or canned Chilli.
