Oh nono, I just wanted to get rid of my product and use the sprayer it was in and thought my prestone jug was empty.

It's fine. Add water if you're concerned. Send it to the incinerator.

Part of the ASTM tests for antifreeze is paint compatibility, but you'll kill all the neighborhood stray cats and dogs if you use it as car wash, and you'll have a foamy mess on your hands if you use it as coolant. Dump it down the drain(most wastewater plants can handle virgin ethylene glycol unless your local utility warns you not to or if you have a septic tank). Coolant and car wash is cheaper than killing someone's pet.
