Fram Ultra Oil Filter
Injen Nano filter with two layers of pantyhose wrapped with a drycharger/prefilter wrap
GReddy magnetic drain plug
Synthetic Oil/high end synblend oil
PEA fuel additive micro treatment
Non ethanol fuel

I do NONE of those things and still get a great UOA.

So...

Here’s my opinion:
Factory filter
Oil that meets specification

Put the pantyhose on my wife
Take her out to dinner with the money saved

Just add a Jackson Racing Supercharger and you’ll probably never have to change your oil again.

Luke (FlyNavyP3) has been getting OUTSTANDING UOA's on Pennz YB straight SAE 30 in his Lexus with "el cheapo" RockAuto oil filters. Like, I think 2ppm iron in 5,000 miles. That pretty much equates to ZERO wear.
