Looks like a Purolator L 14459. Did you notice any tears in the media where it was seamed together? From what I can see, it looks like it did pretty well. Thanks for taking the time to cut it open and share the pictures.
No I did not see any tears. Everything was staying put when I pulled on the pleats.
