Im working on a 1947 Dodge power wagon 1 ton truck with 4 wheel drive that has 46 zerk fittings and the factory spec for wheel bearing grease is called "Medium short fiber wheel bearing grease" I feel confident I could choose something that will get by but wanted to ask here because there so many types, colors, numbers, and indexes I felt I may be able to get a product that's more appropriate. This vehicle will see mostly street driven miles. Thanks for any help, Paul.

Ford make stuff with polythene in it, though they've never heard of it here.

Thats just a random piece of info, sorry. I'm sure you'll find something better. Good luck.
