Same deal up here in MA. Just picked up three 5 qt jugs (two cars worth of oil + extra). Not sure about price history but there also were the 4 qt jugs of Maxlife ATF for $17.87.

The other thing that stood out to me was that the HTHS went from 2.6 to 2.7 for the new formulation.
