Dedicated CNG Chevy Express? Anyone experiences?

Considering for business use a used Chev Express factory cng van around 2012. They are coming out of some fleet service with lowish miles. I believe engine code is lc8 and is factory cng only. If one could get a cng van for same price as the 6.0 gasoline and i have CNG stations at 1.85 a gallon would this be worthwhile? Anyone ever worked on these or owned one? Thanks

How often does the CNG equipment need to be inspected / recertified?

We have a ton of them at work

Fleet service doesn't seem to have a bad thing to say about it over an equivalent gasser Express/Savanna

A touch less power and a marginal decrease in MPG, but it's made up for in the cost of the fuel

They drive and ride about the same to me

Oils gonna stay cleaner, longer

Consider any local incentives to owning an alt fuel vehicle

Pay attention to the owner manual's recommendation on oil. It might require one formulated for natural gas engines.
