Web page is slowing

When I open a topic on mazda247 froum and highlight a comment, it never loads. I get a waring that a website is causing a slowdown and give me a choice of exit ot continue to wait. I have deleted the mazda site, rain cleanup and restarted the computer and reloaded the website to no avail. What next? ed

Do you run malwarebyte ? If not, run the free version and see what happens.

There was a thread yesterday about a malware attack on that site.

I updated and ran scans with McAfee, Malwearbyts and MS. and restarted the computer after each scan. Malwearbyts found some PUP issues but nothing serious. Not sure what the next step should be and I really like the site. Suggestions? Ed

If they're being attacked by the malware, it's pretty much out of your hands until their IT people/person get things in order.
