Whenever I do a flush and fill on any of my vehicles, I top off, then run the engine until it is up to operating temperature with the heater fully on. I always found the next morning, after it was allowed to sit and cool completely down, it was ALWAYS low and required topping off, as it self evacuated the air out of the system, and drew in fresh coolant from the overflow tank. It's unavoidable.
