D1G2 NOACK and Other Oil Related Questions

Did the NOACK requirement change for D1G2? Valvoline Full Synthetic HM PDS Valvoline states 5W-20 Noack as 13.9%. I thought 13% was the max ford Dexos 1? How would they manage to get their 5W20 to have the highest Noack of all their grades? Has anyone asked them for the MRV ratings of this new formula? I'm concerned about living in Ne and taking trips to MN with a pour point of -36. I am currently registered for the Valvoline engine warranty for 300k miles on my 2011 Durango 5.7L currently sitting at about 120k miles. I have been thinking of going back to Pennzoil as this is only my second oil change of Valvoline. Thoughts

The Full Synthetic non-HM 5W-20 is only 7.6%
