i have owned 4 MP in the past. MP9 fulsize, 9 compact, 45 full size and 5" pro in 40. sold the compact and 40 pro

thinking of getting another one . either a 2.0 compact or a sheild, both in 9mm. will be used as a carry gun sometimes.

i like the 2.0 compact as its just like my 3 season carry G23. Summer carry is Kahr CW 9. i like the kahrs size, but hate the trigger. i suffer from Glock finger also, but don't have problem with SW MP.

So which one should i get? anyone hear of any SW rebates coming soon?

I own a shield 9 and love it. Some say the trigger needs work but I like it right out of the box. Thousands of rounds and never an issue.
Can't give input on the 2.0

Ive found that I can shoot a shield 9mm very well. Thought the trigger was gritty at first, and it is very light or twitchy or something. Definitely not like a glock.

But get used to it a bit and its very easy to shoot and the trigger works very well, IMO. Not sure about carry, but I do enjoy shooting it. Not sure if the compact is really fundamentally any different...

The 2.0 has an very aggressive texture. I don't see how you could carry it comfortably.
