Good source for genuine Honda parts?

I am asking for advice because I have not replaced a part on a Honda in over 30 years.
I need to replace all of the rubber parts in the air cleaner system on a 2001 CRV.

Is there a difference between the rubber parts from a on-line Honda store and a Dealership?

Thanks Ron.

A dealer near you? Most OEM parts through dealers I've dealt with (Nissan, Toyota, Honda, Subaru) aren't much more and sometimes cheaper than aftermarket.

I get online pricing which is pretty much garage pricing the few times I bought parts for anything I've owned or worked on.
This is how you do it: Go to your local dealers parts department in person. Tell the guy behind the counter I can buy Honda OEM parts online much cheaper and guess what? They are coming from a Honda dealer that sells parts online. I've had luck at a Pontiac dealer, Chevy dealer, Subaru dealer, a Honda dealer and a VW dealer.
The guy at the VW dealer made an account for me called "Mikes Garage" and told me to say that when I come in for parts.

Ive had good luck with Bernardi Parts and hondapartsnow. HandA is apparently good too.

hondapartsnow is part of a huge network known as Genuine Parts Group, Inc which includes most major brands under different websites. The prices may not be the best, but better than dealers. I used "nissanpartsdeal" for the Maxima build. "gmpartsgiant" helped me out with The Escalade. No problems with anything, fast shipping.

I've had good luck with Amazon and Ebay for OEM parts since shipping is usually free. I also use local dealers since they match eStore pricing, which is cheaper than the regular counter price. I don't bother with those Honda parts sites since they charge like $15 shipping on a $10 part.

Many years ago, Manchester Honda was recommended to me. I haven't had to buy an OEM Honda part in many years, so I don't know if Manchester Honda is a good deal or not.

yeah when I started on my project civic car, I had remembered Manchester Honda (Motorsports). When I called them a couple years ago, they were completely useless, incompetent! I don't think they could be recommended to use anymore. Seriously..

I ended up finding college hills honda parts.. which is collegehillshondaparts.com they've been pretty good to me. But their prices have increased a little lately.

I agree with telling your local Honda dealer what you can get these parts for online, I can bet you that they will match or be really close to the same price as online. It's business, and they want some money..

Has the lowest shipping I have seen. (Could be location based).

Most of the time my local dealer can get pretty close to online prices. I usually bring a printout and they try to get close to it.

Don't forget amazon especially if you have prime and need a part quickly.

I have used H&A in the past but their shipping charges have gotten out of hand, IMO.

H&A

Lately I have used Amazon with Prime or eBay for the Honda A01 filter and the OEM air filters.

Not a very good experience with HondaPartsNow recently, though they had the best prices the shipping is fragmented and slow. The “dashboard” which is basically your order history doesn’t give useful status updates and “your order shipped” e-mails come the day it arrives. Still waiting on one part (the one I needed most as it happens).

I think I will pay a little more next time to order from a dealer that will order it from Honda, put it all in one box and send it to me.
