How do you like your steak cooked?

Medium rare - should have been at room temp before cooking
peppercorn and brandy sauce.
mashed potato
honeyed carrots.
sliced green beans
 
Medium to medium well. Not "Better make sure I killed everything living inside, including the flavor, so we'll cook it to 220 degrees". But reasonably pink.
 
Depends on the steak, what I'm in the mood for at that particular time, and the method of preparation.

Generally, Medium-rare is my preference for a steak, but sometimes I like it more well done.
 
Rare to medium rare, for sure. Now, of course, if it's well done, I'll gladly eat it; after all, it's still a steak.
