Cousin decided to clock out this week for good. Kinda a sad deal. Its been a okay week aside from that. If you know someone having a hard time...call them and check in on them as it might not be a chance later as I am now finding out. Happy Friday all!! Go and do something positive in this world for yourself and someone else.

I attended a funeral of an old workmate yesterday (our Friday), he found out he had Cancer a month ago, and died with family and pastor by his side. Was sad, but he had a truly fulfilling life.
Having lost my father to suicide, the one thing that stands out to me is how many people there were at his (Dad's) funeral. He obviously felt so alone and isolated, but the church couldn't hold the people who turned up for him.

Every other Friday is a bugger though for me like today, I get Xolair shots that have some minor side effects and don't feel great for a day or two.
