Anyone used Meguiars DA Power System?

I think it looks uncomfortable to use with a drill hanging off it. For not too much more you could get a cheap DA from HF if you really want one, it has to better than this.

I agree with Trav; it’s a hard pass from me as well.

Just buy a real DA. A Harbor Freight with the grease mod + housing turn is a solid machine.

I'd get a used Portercable 7424XP, get pads from here (best price/quality) - quite a bit less compared to Autogeek.

I question how long that cobbled together mess will be on the market. Pass on it and get the real thing. My preference is this one with the longer cord. It will turn 6" pads but a smaller backing plate for 5.5" pads really sets it free. Buy more pads than you think you'll need. When I detailed it was common to use 8-12 pads per car depending on vehicle size.
