need help with phones

so im trying to get my mom a new phone. she has safelink wireless. her current phone has a standard sim. im trying to find her a basic flip phone for around 20ish. i found 2 on ebay blu z130 and blu t390. will those work? i assume her current sim is gsm. the zip for the phone will be 99148.

SafeLink probably locks their SIMs. Won't work in any other phone.

From a google search and reading on a few other phone forums. It sounds like other people had swapped safelink sims with success. I guess the main question now is those phones that i listed what do u guys think.
