1982 Chevrolet Cavalier. It was provided as a loaner car when a new Monte Carlo of the same year was towed to the dealer four days after driving it off the lot.

I learned the basics on a dirt bike then 78 Subaru brat. I was 9 when my dad bought the Subaru and left me and mom to figure it out. I actually showed her since I knew the basics. I took my driving test in that same Subaru and got 100%.

86 Accord. In the parking lot of the Honda dealer and on the drive home.

First stick and the one I learned on was a 1961 VW Bug with 40 HP. Last stick I owned was a 2012 Shelby GT500 with a 6 Speed Tremec and 550 HP. Big difference.

1950 ford, in 1964 some friends and I bought this clapped out car took the body off, shortened the frame and added some cheap seat belts. Drive it out to an empty field and drove the wheels off of it. We learned to shift, get it out of slides. Parked it in an orange grove at night. It was a great summer, I was 15 back then
