Use neither - fill with your favorite on-sale oil.

What are you hoping to achieve from an R18? No matter what you do to it, it'll likely outlast the frame.

I remember experimenting with things like this in my late teens, early 20's, including Ceratec. This was before I signed up here and before I knew anything about additives (nor cars, honestly, for that matter). I would change expesive synthetic frequently, add expensive additives to my fuel tank and oil sump, etc.

When I realized that most everyone around me barely maintained their vehicles and they were lasting for 100's of kmiles, and after finding this site, I slowly retrained my brain.

I also wasted money as a teen on stupid wheels, with low-profile tires, a [censored] cannon (ironically, a "Mozart" [censored] cannon) and a well-used sound system. Man, I would have had so much more money to take girls out with, had I not wasted it on that [censored]! I was making $7.25/hr back then, and I felt like I was rolling in the riches in HS!
