I turned on my netbook and I was greeted with the usual background picture with the time and date. However; the open field where I would put my logon is missing. I tried restarting, a Cont-Alt Delete and of course I hit the enter a dozens of times to no avail. I would really appreciate how to fix this. Sincerely Ed

Apparently the computer was updating but, gave no indication of what was happening. It just locked me out until it informed me to NOT turn off computer. Ed

I wish the Bleep that the computer would somehow acknowledge it was in the process of updating. Ed
