Rust Dissolver Spray safe for paint and rubber?

Wondering is anyone has experience using Rust-Oleum Rust Dissolver Spray gel and if its safe to use around painted areas and rubber

It has acids listed in the SDS so I would err on the side of caution and keep it away from rubber, vehicles use many different types of rubber so who knows. Paint is definitely a no go, never use corrosive chemicals on paint.
