This is a great ride - 11 km one-way on a spur of the TransCanada Trail, with varying terrain. Made it up the steepest hills on the fatties, which was always a challenge in the past on mountain bikes. I love this part, through the red pines near Falcon Lake:

I sent a little time on the fatty yesterday too! My scenery was a little different, a foot of snow! I'm running a 16 Trek Farley with 27.5 x 60 rims and studded 4.5 Gharnwals. She's a snow runner. Those trees in your pics are awesome, love it.

Biscut, I'll create a new post with photos of some winter rides I've done. It's really what I bought the fatty for, but it's sure fun on trails in the summer! (I should add that those photos are from last August; we have lots of snow here - I put the studded tires on in early November.)
