Certain ACDelco oil filters made by Fram?

Hi,

I was looking at Oreilly's website for the oil filters they have listed for my brother's car. This ACDelco oil filter has what looks like a Fram base plate. I know Champ Labs has made/is making the ACDelco filters. Is ACDelco switching suppliers? Or is this one or two filter thing?

Don't think it's a Fram base plate. Looks similar, but not the same.
