at WM. I was there , many 4386 for some reason and 3387 at mine. All on end cap clearance shelves. Some ST8 , ST5 and several kinds of cartridge filters too. I actually bought a couple, don't know why. They wasted no time changing it over.

Only filter I need is either for my truck (ST2) or my Mom's Vue (ST9018).
I really don't care for the combo valve and media in the ST2, and can't remember the last time I saw a ST9018 at any Walmart (they may have them now in the new once, but not on clearance).

I stocked up on the ST8 filters in the clearance section though it was 1.50 each in my WM.

Yeah, I know, I just was less than impressed with the ST2 I cut open.

I actually am glad they went to Champ made, I was impressed with the Champ made Purepro 4651 filter off my brother in laws truck.

Those are used on many older GM models with block bypass, so just a nitrile adbv used. No combo valve to consider. If you have use for that application, imo well worth a buck for 3-5k oci/fci.

If they had any of the ST9688/(7317) or ST3614, they use separate dome bypass, I'd have found use for them. Unfortunately, popular applications that seemed to move off the shelves. Not sure if new ST will have a 7317 application, if so it will be classic construction and ok. New ST3614 is an ecore though with combo valve, so likely won't be using them.
