How did Blackstone or anyone else know there was a certain amount of a copper chemistry in this oil unless a VOA was done on this exact batch?

The viscosity is barely a 40 grade and I don't see how a startup could produce that much fuel dilution.

Some of their comments of late are rather bizarre.
