I run a car on a race track (non-competitively) and wanted to know how often to change the oil.
I use Shell Helix Ultra 5W40 on a 6A12 Mitsubishi motor with bolt ons.
I'd ideally run about 8 track days a year and would like to have annual OCI (which would result in about 1,000 miles total I would expect)
