I was thinking about it ... But I'm afraid of cracked transfer case those plugs are tappered already I don't want to add thickness ... I know it's minimal but liquid seems a little bit safer
 
I got 80632 but it has Teflon worried about contamination a little ..
 
I think it’s fairly important to clean off the buildup of Teflon tape and/or thread sealant, particularily on aluminum transfer cases and then re-apply a fresh coating. Make sure the drain plug on the transfer case has the integral magnet.

Considering I have one that is stuck in place, and now stripped, I'm more of the mind to use nothing.
