This filter was in use for appx 7500 miles. Came off of my deleted 2013 Ram 2500 Cummins. Purchased from Amazon for $15. Waaayyyy cheaper than the Fleetguard Stratapore/Venturi LF9028 for over $30. Anyway, just wanted to share, I will be using this filter from now on.

can is strong

This was the top part of the filter that sits closest to the baseplate. I suppose the "standard" part of the filter

Looks like normal paper media

The center tube has a ventui, not sure what the purpose of this is

This is the bottom by the dome end, the "bypass" part of the filter

Metal wire screen, then some kind of very thin filter media that is clear and fiberous, then a very thick paper media that looks like statapore media from a fleetguard.

Here is a close up of the clear fiberous media

Thanks for opening one of those up and posting pictures. I use a Baldwin B50 as a bypass filter on one of my trucks. I always wondered how one of those duel-flow type filters was set up inside.
